How do I see only unread or favourite customer chats on WhatsApp?

Open the Chats tab and swipe down. You get the lists All, Unread, Favorites and Groups, plus any custom list you make.

• Use Unread to catch customers you have not answered yet.
• Add regular customers to Favorites to find them fast.
• Make a custom list, such as Today's orders. Tap the plus sign, name it and add chats.
• You need to add at least one chat before a list can be created.
• A selected list stays on until you switch views or reopen the app.
