How do I stop answering the same menu questions on WhatsApp again and again?
By the Menuthere editorial team · Last updated
Write down the five questions customers ask most, save each answer as a quick reply, and put the menu link in your greeting. Most questions then answer themselves.
- Common questions are timing, delivery area, minimum order, payment options and what is on the menu today.
- Save each answer as a quick reply with a short word to type, such as /area or /pay. You can save up to 50.
- Set a greeting message that includes the menu link and your opening hours.
- Update the quick replies the same day when a price, timing or area changes.
- Put the same answers on your menu page so customers can read them without asking.
Answers on the menu, not in the chat
Your Menuthere menu shows items, sizes, add-ons and what is out of stock, so customers see the answer before they ask, and you reply to fewer messages.
