How many chats can I pin to the top of WhatsApp for urgent orders?

You can pin three chats to the top of your list. WhatsApp Plus, an optional paid subscription, lets you pin up to 20 where it is available.

• Open the chat menu and choose Pin. On WhatsApp Web you also pick how long the pin lasts.
• Pin the chats that need action right now, such as an order that is being prepared.
• Unpin a chat from the same menu when the order is done, to free the spot.
• Lists such as Unread and Favorites help when you have more than three busy chats.
• WhatsApp Plus may not be available in every region.
