What do I do when a customer orders on WhatsApp and then stops replying?

Do not cook until the order is confirmed. Send one polite reminder with a time limit, and release the order if there is no answer. For large or delivery orders, ask for payment first.
- Send one reminder: 'Please confirm by 6 pm or we will release your order.'
- Release the order after the time limit and tell the customer politely.
- For big orders or repeat no-shows, ask for payment or a deposit first.
- Write down numbers that often go quiet, and ask them to pay in advance.
- Never send a rider before the address and payment method are confirmed.
Cook only confirmed, paid orders
Menuthere lets customers pay online to your own gateway account when they place the order, so you only start cooking an order that is confirmed and paid.
