What is a QR insert card for delivery bags and how do I use it?
By the Menuthere editorial team · Last updated
It is a small card in every bag with a QR code that opens your own ordering link or WhatsApp chat. Add one line like 'Order direct next time' and test the code before you print.
- Print one short line such as 'Order direct next time' above a large code.
- Use dark code on a light background, and keep it big enough for a phone to scan easily.
- Link it to your ordering page or WhatsApp chat, not to a PDF.
- Test the code on two phones before printing a batch.
- Put one in every delivery and takeaway bag, including ones from delivery apps.
