Tiffin and meal plan price calculator

Add what one meal costs you: food, packaging and delivery. Divide the total by 1 minus your margin. Example: food ₹70, packaging ₹10 and delivery ₹10 make ₹90. With a 30% margin, ₹90 ÷ 0.7 is about ₹129, so charge ₹130. The calculator does this for each meal and rounds up.

If one drop carries every meal of the day, choose per day. Each meal then takes an equal share of the delivery cost. If you deliver breakfast, lunch and dinner on separate trips, choose per meal, and every meal carries a whole delivery.

That is your choice. The discount comes off the full price of the plan. Look at the You keep column: if it stays above zero, the plan still pays. A customer who prepays a month also gives you steady orders, which makes planning your shopping easier.

The calculator counts a month as 30 days of service. If you deliver 6 days a week, that is 26 meal days. For 5 days a week it is 21, and for 7 days it is 30. Use the your own plan box for any other length, such as 15 days.

No. The calculator works out your price before any tax. If you charge GST, VAT or sales tax on meals, add it on top or build it into your price. Check your local rate and rules, because they differ by country and by how much you sell.
