Where each one wins
Craver and Menuthere both give a restaurant its own branded ordering. They differ on the guest fee, on how much depends on Square, and on QR table and WhatsApp ordering.
Where Craver wins
- A branded iOS and Android app and a web ordering site on one plan, at $99 a month per location.
- Deep Square integration: menu and inventory sync, Square Loyalty and Square gift cards in one account.
- White-label delivery by DoorDash Drive or Uber Direct for a flat fee, with delivery zones up to 10 miles.
- The same price in local currency across the US, Canada, UK and Australia, with no setup fee.
Where Menuthere wins
- Price to start: a free plan with 50 orders a month and Lite at $17 a month. Craver's only plan is $99 a month per location.
- No fee on your guests' orders from Menuthere. Craver adds a 5% guest fee per order, capped at $2.
- QR table ordering for dine-in on every plan, and WhatsApp ordering on your own number on Pro; neither is published on Craver's site.

Moving from Craver to Menuthere
Import your menu
Upload a photo or PDF of your menu and Menuthere's AI import builds it, with sizes and add-ons you can check and edit. There is no direct import from Craver.
Set up ordering and payments
On Lite, connect your own Stripe account for card payments and draw delivery zones on a map. Print kitchen tickets on a thermal printer, and use Uber Direct on your own account if you need drivers.
Move your links, then cancel
Point your domain to Menuthere, update your Google Business Profile and print table QR codes. Craver's terms say monthly plans can be cancelled any time, at least 24 hours before renewal; annual plans are paid upfront and not refundable.
The bottom line
Pick Craver if you already run Square and want a branded app with Square loyalty, gift cards and inventory sync in one account. It is a single plan at $99 a month per location, with white-label delivery by DoorDash Drive or Uber Direct, and the same price across the US, Canada, UK and Australia.
Pick Menuthere if you want to start cheaply and aren't tied to Square. The Free plan takes 50 orders a month, Lite is $17 a month, and there is 0% commission and no guest fee. QR table ordering is on every plan and WhatsApp ordering is on Pro. If you want your own app in the stores, the Branded App plan is $99 a month, the same price as Craver's only plan, but without the 5% guest fee.
Menuthere doesn't sync with Square, and it has no gift cards or paid customer memberships. If those matter, Craver or another system on our Craver alternatives list will fit better.
