Can noon Food change its fees or terms?

Yes. noon Food can change fees or terms on one week's notice, or immediately when the law requires it. If you reject an amendment, you can end the contract on 15 days' written notice.

• One week: under the UAE Service Agreement, noon may amend fees or terms on 1 week's notice. The Saudi agreement uses the same notice.
• Immediately: for legal or regulatory reasons, noon can change terms with no notice period.
• Your way out: reject the change and terminate on 15 days' written notice to resops@noon.com (ksa.resops@noon.com in Saudi Arabia).
• noon One: noon may cancel the loyalty programme “with or without notice”. You can leave it on 7 days' written notice.
