How do I export a WhatsApp order chat to give to my accountant?

On Android, open the chat and tap More options > More > Export chat, then choose with or without media and pick Mail. An exported chat is a copy to read or send, and it cannot be restored into WhatsApp.
- Steps: open the chat, tap More options, then More, then Export chat, and choose a place to send it, such as your email.
- Media: if you include media, only the most recent media is added as attachments.
- Read only: you cannot put an exported chat back into WhatsApp.
- For your accountant: export once a month and name each file by the date, so orders are easy to find.
Keep order records without chat exports
Every order placed through your Menuthere link is saved in your dashboard with the items, total and customer, so you have clean records without exporting chats.
