Before the shift ends, list the open orders with their number, status and any payment still due. Label chats by stage and tell the next person about promises made, like a late delivery time.

• Label chats: new, cooking, ready and delivered, so the next person sees stages.
• Pass on promises: a late time or special request must not get lost.
