What should a WhatsApp order message contain?
By the Menuthere editorial team · Last updated
A good order message has items and sizes, name, address or pickup, time wanted and how they will pay. Send this list to every new customer so nothing is missing, then repeat it back to confirm.
- Items with the quantity, size and any add-ons, such as extra cheese or no onions.
- Name and phone number, so you can reach the person if something is unclear.
- Delivery address with a landmark, or the word pickup and a pickup time.
- The time they want the food, and whether it is for today or a later date.
- How they will pay: cash, UPI or a card link. Reply with the total and the same list to confirm.
Orders that arrive complete
On your Menuthere link the customer picks items, sizes and add-ons and types their name and address, so each order reaches your dashboard complete, not in loose chat messages.
