A food truck can make a Google review QR code by pasting its Google review link into the tool below and printing the card for the serving window. This version opens with short, bold wording that reads from a step back, in a strong orange. The review link belongs to your Business Profile, not to a street corner, so the same code keeps working when the truck parks somewhere new. Save the QR code on its own as well, for boxes, wraps and napkin stickers that leave with the food.

Paste your review link to put your real QR code on the card.
Put your menu and payment QR on the same card
The table QR card maker puts your review QR beside your menu and payment QR codes.
Copy it from your Google Business Profile (Read reviews, then Get more reviews, then Copy), or paste your Google Maps listing link. The tool shows where to find it.
Add your name, a short, honest headline and your logo. The tool warns you if the wording offers anything in return for a review.
Download the A6 card as a PDF or an image, or the QR code on its own as SVG or PNG for receipts and stickers.
Stick it at the serving window, at eye level
People look at the window while they wait for their name to be called. Put the card beside the pickup shelf or on the menu board, where it is read from a step back. Laminate it or slide it into a clear sleeve, because a truck's card meets rain, steam and greasy hands.
Send the code away with the food
Food from a truck is usually eaten somewhere else: a bench, a car, a desk. Print the QR code alone as a small sticker for boxes, wrap paper or napkin packs, so the request arrives when the food is being eaten, not while the queue is long.
Don't ask at the window while they wait
Google's policy says businesses should not pressure customers to leave a review on the spot. Let the card do the asking, and never make the review part of getting the order.
