Can I put a flyer for my own ordering link in delivery-app orders?

Often not. Deliveroo lists flyers promoting your own channel as not acting in good faith, Lieferando bars competitors' branding, and Zomato bans third-party branding on packaging for its orders.
- Deliveroo: using its orders to promote your own delivery channel, for example with flyers or branding in or on the bag, is an example of not acting in good faith.
- Lieferando (clause 8.7): you may not use marketing materials with competitors' logos or branding when fulfilling orders.
- Zomato: if you deliver yourself, do not mix Zomato and direct orders, and use no third-party branding on Zomato-order packaging.
- Uber Eats US terms: no clause on flyers or inserts was found, but you may not advertise an Uber Eats offer outside the apps without approval.
- Read your own contract. Put your link on your direct orders and your counter instead.
