Should I sign an exclusive deal with a delivery app for a lower commission?

Read the terms first. A lower rate can come with a penalty if you list elsewhere. Ask for the exclusive terms in writing.

• The same record describes a 12-month no-other-app model with 25% retrospective commission if breached.
• In the UAE, exclusives are exempt only if freely agreed, and last at most 12 months.

• Never give up your own ordering link. Direct orders protect you if an app changes its terms.
