How do I set a minimum order for WhatsApp orders?

Set the minimum a little above what it costs you to cook, pack and deliver a small order. Then tell customers before they order, not after.

• Work out the cost of cooking, packing and the ride for a small order. Your minimum should cover it.
• Say the minimum once in your welcome message, your menu and a pinned message.
• Tell the customer before you take the order. Telling them after feels like a trap.
• A lower minimum, or none, for pickup is a fair choice because there is no ride to pay for.
• Keep one number for everyone, and change it only when your costs change.
