Ask for building, floor, landmark and any gate code in one message, repeat it back, and pass the exact words to the rider. Clear instructions save a failed delivery.

• Add "landmark and gate code if any" to the address line in your order template.
• Ask for a second phone number if the first may not be answered at the door.
• Repeat the address and notes in your confirmation so the customer can correct them.
• Copy the notes word for word to the rider. Do not shorten them.
• Do not keep gate codes in chats longer than needed. They are private.
