What should I do when a customer messages on WhatsApp but never says what they want?

Do not wait or guess. Reply with a greeting, your menu link and one short question, such as pickup or delivery.
- Send a short greeting with their name if you know it.
- Add your menu link so they can see what you have.
- Ask one question only, for example pickup or delivery.
- Keep it to two lines. A long reply makes people go quiet.
- Save the reply as a quick reply so you can send it in one tap.
