What should I do when a customer sends a photo of a dish and asks for the same on WhatsApp?

Say clearly what you can match and what you cannot. If it is close to a dish on your menu, say which one, then agree the price and time before you accept.
- Look at the photo with the cook. Some dishes depend on ingredients you may not stock.
- Tell them which menu dish is closest and how it will differ.
- Quote the price and the time in one message.
- Do not promise it will look the same as the photo. Say it will be made in your style.
- If you cannot do it, offer your most similar dish with its photo.

Put your dishes on your Menuthere menu with photos, and customers can pick what they see instead of sending pictures from elsewhere. Menu import from a photo or PDF saves typing.
