What should I say when a WhatsApp customer cannot decide what to order?

Ask two short questions (how many people, what they like), then suggest two or three dishes with a one-line reason each. Offer the menu link if they want to browse.
- Ask how many people are eating and whether they want something light, spicy or filling.
- Suggest only two or three dishes. A long list makes the choice harder, not easier.
- Give each suggestion one reason, such as "our most ordered" only if that is true for your kitchen.
- Send your menu link with photos if they would like to look themselves.
- Ask for the order in one message and confirm it back, so you do not go in circles.
Let customers browse and choose themselves
Customers open your Menuthere menu, see photos, sizes and add-ons, and pick without waiting for your reply. You get a complete order in your dashboard when they are done.
