Will customers see who else is on my WhatsApp broadcast list?
By the Menuthere editorial team · Last updated
No. A broadcast arrives as a normal one-to-one message, and replies come back to you privately. Only people who saved your number receive it, and a list holds up to 256 contacts.
- Each person sees your message in their own chat with you, not in a group.
- Replies go only to you. Other customers on the list do not see them.
- Only people who added your number to their phone contacts receive the message.
- A single list holds up to 256 contacts, so use several lists for more customers.
- Do not send offers to people who have asked you to stop.
Offers that arrive as personal chats
With Menuthere, offers and comeback messages reach each customer as their own chat from your number, so nobody sees who else received them.
