How it works
Points live inside your own ordering site, not in a separate app or a paper card.
They order on your own site and sign in with their phone number to earn points. Guest orders don't earn.
Each order returns a share as points, 2% by default, and you set the rate. One point is worth 1 in your currency, whole points rounded down.
The points balance shows at checkout, with no app to install and no wallet pass. Points don't expire.
At checkout they choose to use points, up to the redemption cap you set. You set a minimum order before points are earned.
What you can run
A share of every completed order comes back as points, spent at checkout. Separate earn rates for delivery, collection and dine-in. On Pro.
Percentage or amount-off coupons, auto-applied or by code, from Lite. Free-item rewards and buy-X-get-Y deals on Pro.
On Pro, win back lapsed customers with an approved WhatsApp message from your own number, then see how many came back.
Compare
On a delivery app the customer and their data belong to the app. On your own site they are yours.
| Compare | Delivery apps | Stamp-card app | Menuthere loyalty |
|---|---|---|---|
| Commission per order | A share of each order | None, but a separate monthly cost | 0% on every plan |
| Who owns the customer | The app keeps the customer | You, but orders live elsewhere | You: name, phone number and order history |
| App to download | Yes, the app's own | Often a separate app or wallet pass | None. Points live on your ordering site |
| Points tied to real orders | The app's own scheme | A stamp per visit, scanned by staff | A share of each order, spent at checkout |
| Coupons and offers | Set by the app, often funded by you | Depends on the tool | Percentage, amount-off, free item, buy-X-get-Y |
| Comeback messages | The app markets to its own list | Depends on the tool | Approved WhatsApp message from your own number (Pro) |
A loyalty program on your own site gives customers a reason to order direct instead of through an app. Add a first-order coupon and print the QR code on every bag.
Your rules
You set the earn rate, a minimum order before points are earned, and a cap on how many points a customer can redeem per order. For coupons and offers, set a minimum spend, a maximum discount, uses per customer and total uses, and limit an offer to chosen days and dates, such as Tuesdays, so it turns on and off by itself.
Every points change is logged. You can add or remove points with a reason the customer sees, and points can't be moved between customers.
Plans

| Coupons and amount-off offers | No | Yes | Yes |
| Loyalty points | No | No | Yes |
| Free-item and buy-X-get-Y deals | No | No | Yes |

You can start free with 50 orders a month. Lite and Pro have a 7-day free trial; a card is needed to start, and nothing is charged until it ends. See pricing.
No app, no wallet
Points live on your own ordering website, which customers can add to their home screen like an app if they want. There is nothing to download, print or lose.
Points do not go into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. If you need wallet passes, a dedicated stamp-card app may suit you better. For bigger orders a points scheme works like a stamp card: set a higher earn rate and customers build up a free order over several visits. Points are whole units rounded down, so very small orders earn nothing, and a paper stamp card can suit single coffees.
Questions owners ask
Set up points and offers on your own ordering site, with no app for customers to download. Loyalty points are on Pro, and every plan has 0% commission.
