2.The balance is due when you pick up, or before delivery.

3.Changes and cancellations are possible up to 3 days before pickup. The deposit is non-refundable within 3 days.

4.Please pick up in your agreed time window. Let me know as soon as you can if you need to change it.

5.My kitchen handles milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts and sesame. I take care, but I can't promise any item is free from traces.

The FDA names nine major food allergens: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans and sesame. Sesame became the ninth on January 1, 2023. The form lists these nine as tick boxes, or the UK and EU list of fourteen if you prefer.

Many home bakers take a set amount or a share of the price to hold the date. Keep it close to the costs you'd lose if the order is canceled, and put the refund rules in writing before the customer pays.

Cottage food laws vary by state: most let you sell non-hazardous baked goods made at home, with limits on sales channels, labeling and sometimes revenue. Check your state's rules and list allergens on your label. This form helps you record the order, not meet those rules for you.
