Card processing

Worth knowing
Competition Council settlement. Since July 2025 Glovo's commission is capped at 30%, exclusivity clauses are banned in new and existing contracts (which had to be changed without raising commissions), and Glovo must publish a guide to how restaurants are ranked and priced for visibility.
The Competition Council opened its own investigation into Glovo in February 2024. Glovo settled in July 2025, paying an amount the Council didn't disclose.
Glovo is owned by Delivery Hero, which Uber agreed to buy in July 2026. Glovo's Moroccan business is among those Uber would take over.
