Menuthere integrations: everything that connects today, and what doesn't

Menuthere connects to WhatsApp (Meta's Business Platform), Stripe, Uber Direct, Google Business Profile, Google Tag Manager, four ad and analytics pixels, Google Maps, and your own software through an API and webhooks. Stores in India can also connect three local payment gateways, a POS, Porter and Rapido, Shiprocket and Adloggs. Every integration below exists in the product today. Each one runs on your own account with that company, so they bill you directly, and Menuthere adds no commission or per-message or per-delivery fee. If something you use isn't on this list, it isn't connected, and we say so below.

What Menuthere doesn't integrate with
Being clear here saves you a sales call:
- US and UK POS systems such as Toast, Square, Clover or Lightspeed: no ready-made link. A developer can use the API and webhooks to send orders to another system.
- Delivery marketplaces: orders from DoorDash, Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat, Talabat and similar apps don't flow into Menuthere.
- Other couriers: DoorDash Drive, Shipday, Stuart and Lalamove aren't connected. Outside India, Uber Direct is the courier integration.
- Other payment gateways: PayPal, Square, Adyen and others aren't connected. Stores without Stripe can request their gateway from the Stripe card, and customers pay in cash until one is added.
- Accounting, payroll and inventory tools such as QuickBooks or Xero.
- SMS and email marketing tools. Menuthere sends order updates on WhatsApp, not by text message.
- Zapier and similar automation tools.
A custom POS or payment gateway that Menuthere doesn't support yet can be built for a setup fee. Gateways and POS systems already on this page connect at no extra charge.
Built in, so no integration needed

How integrations work with Menuthere
- Your account, your contract. You open the account with Stripe, Uber, Meta or the gateway yourself, and they bill you. Menuthere never holds the money.
- Connect from Settings. Most connect from Settings in your dashboard with a sign-in or keys. A few, such as webhooks, Shiprocket and the delivery agents, are set up by Menuthere support.
- Secrets are stored encrypted. Keys and passwords you paste, such as a Stripe or Uber Direct secret, are never shown in full again.
- Turn it off any time. Disconnecting removes Menuthere's access; anything already paid or booked stays with that company.

What does Menuthere integrate with?
WhatsApp's Business Platform, Stripe, Uber Direct, Google Business Profile, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta, TikTok and Snapchat pixels, Google Maps, GloriaFood menu import, and your own software through an API and webhooks. Stores in India also get local payment gateways, a POS and courier integrations.
Does Menuthere integrate with Toast, Square or Clover?
No. There is no ready-made link to Toast, Square or Clover. A developer can use Menuthere's API and webhooks to send orders to another system.
Can orders from DoorDash or Uber Eats come into Menuthere?
No. Menuthere doesn't pull in orders from delivery marketplaces. It runs your own ordering website, QR menu and WhatsApp ordering.
Do integrations cost extra?
Not the ones on this page: connecting them is part of your plan. The companies you connect, such as Meta, Stripe or Uber, bill you for their own service. A custom POS or gateway that Menuthere doesn't support yet carries a setup fee.
Which integrations are on the Free plan?
Uber Direct, Google Business Profile, Google Tag Manager, GloriaFood menu import and the API and webhooks. Card payments start on Lite, and WhatsApp on your own number starts on Pro.
Is there an API for developers?
Yes. Menuthere support creates a key with access to orders, WhatsApp or both. Your software can update an order's status and send WhatsApp templates, and webhooks send every new order to your server, signed.
