Delivery plans, which include the ordering webshop: Mini 16,990 Ft a month for up to 20 orders a day (2 couriers, 2 users, 1 printer), Közepes 21,990 Ft for up to 40 orders a day (5 couriers, 5 users, 2 printers) and Nagy 26,990 Ft for unlimited orders, couriers, users and printers. POS plans, which do not list the webshop: Induló 14,990 Ft for up to 100 orders a day (10 users, 3 printers) and PROfit 20,990 Ft for unlimited orders, each with 1 workstation. All prices are net (plus VAT) per month. Add-ons cost extra and are not priced on the pricing page: coupons, loyalty discounts, stock control, call recognition, upsell, the Wolt integration, the Billingo invoice link and, on POS, the waiter app. The terms price the Wolt integration at 4,990 Ft + VAT a month per brand (terms 7.3.11). The daily limit is monthly orders divided by days with at least one order. If a restaurant goes over it, Rillgo can move it to a bigger plan without notice and bill the difference afterwards (terms 5.5, 7.1.6). Rillgo can change its fees on its own (terms 7.1.3). Commission: No percentage on orders paid in cash. The website calls the webshop commission-free (jutalékmentes), but the terms (in force from 1 April 2024, still the version linked from the site) charge restaurants a 'software integration transaction fee' on every webshop order paid online by bank card or SZÉP card: 5% + VAT of the gross order total, plus 53 Ft + VAT, at least 120 Ft gross per order (terms 7.2.1).. Card processing: Rillgo collects online card and SZÉP card payments as a commission agent. The money goes into Rillgo's bank account, and Rillgo pays it out weekly after deducting its fees, but only once the payout reaches 10,000 Ft gross. Its 5% + 53 Ft (+ VAT) fee applies to each online-paid order and is not returned when an order is refunded. If bank costs run higher than expected, it may also charge the card acquirer's fees.
