Jahez doesn't publish a rate card in Saudi Arabia. Its CFO put its commission at 17% to 18% in March 2025, and Jahez reported an average take rate of 15.5% for the first nine months of 2025. Commission is charged on the order amount before tax and delivery fees.

Worth knowing
Competition authority. Saudi Arabia's General Authority for Competition consulted on draft food-delivery guidelines in March 2025, covering predatory pricing, exclusive contracts and discrimination between restaurants. It sets no cap on commission.
Jahez's 2021 prospectus said it had raised its commission to 12% for 98% of its restaurants in August 2021. In 2025 its CFO put the rate at 17–18% in Saudi Arabia and 20–25% in Kuwait and Bahrain.
Saudi Arabia's VAT rate is 15%. Jahez doesn't say publicly how VAT appears on its commission invoices.
Uber Eats left Saudi Arabia in 2020, and neither talabat nor Deliveroo operates there.
