PedidosYa doesn't publish its commission in Argentina; each restaurant's rate is set in its contract. Public reports put it at roughly 20% to 30% of the order, plus IVA, so treat these figures as approximate. A government-brokered cap of 10% (18% with delivery) ended in 2021.

IVA on the commission
Yes. PedidosYa's 2021 agreement with the government set its commission caps as a percentage plus IVA, and El Arenal's 2026 guide quotes the commission plus IVA too. IVA is 21% in Argentina.

Worth knowing
In 2020–21, under an agreement with restaurant groups backed by the Secretariat of Domestic Trade, PedidosYa and Rappi capped commission at 10% plus IVA for listing only and 18% plus IVA with delivery. The cap was temporary and ended on 30 September 2021.
Uber agreed in July 2026 to buy Delivery Hero, PedidosYa's parent company, including PedidosYa Argentina. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2027.
Uber Eats returned to Argentina in 2026 and publishes its rates: 5% or 10% of the order, plus ARS 1,500.
