Uber Eats charges restaurants in Denmark 30% of the order when its couriers deliver (32% on orders from Uber One members), 14% when you deliver yourself and 14% on pickup. Card processing is included, 25% VAT is added to the fee, and there's a one-time activation fee of 2,500 kr. Uber Eats launched in Denmark in April 2026.

Card processing

VAT on the commission
Yes. Uber Eats' Danish terms say its fees exclude VAT and the restaurant pays VAT on top, at Denmark's standard rate of 25%.
Activation fee
2,500 kr, once. It covers a tablet and/or printer, menu set-up, professional photos, a window sticker, a welcome pack and a training call; opting out of items lowers it.
Offers and ads
Optional. Uber's terms let it charge a fee when customers redeem your offers, plus VAT, and ads are bought separately.
Device damage
A damage fee if an Uber device is lost, stolen, not returned or damaged; the amount is in your order form.
