GloriaFood migration guide · 2026
GloriaFood reaches end of life on 30 April 2027. Here is what to save before it closes, how to set up your menu and ordering on Menuthere, and how to switch your links over in one go.
Before you start
Do this while your GloriaFood admin is still open. Everything that can be exported, export; everything that can't, screenshot.
In Reports, open the List view and choose Clients, then export the CSV: name, email, phone, total spent, number of orders and last order. Add the marketing-consent field so you know who agreed to hear from you. [4][5][6]
Export all orders from Reports as CSV, PDF or Excel, filtered by date, order type and status. Keep it with your accounts. [4]
The sales summary, client, reservation and promotion reports each export from Reports. Download the periods you need for tax and planning. [4]
Generate a Fetch Menu key: in GloriaFood's admin, open Others (the … icon) → 3rd party integrations → Enabled integrations and choose the Fetch Menu template. Menuthere imports your menu with it. The key only works while GloriaFood is running, so also save your menu page as a PDF as a backup. [7]
Screenshot your opening hours, delivery zones and fees, minimum order, taxes and service fees, and any promotions. There is no documented export for these, and you will re-enter them.
Keep your own copies of your item photos. The menu API doesn't include image links, so the originals you took are the ones to reuse. [7]
Step by step
Sign up with your restaurant's details. Your currency is set from your country, and you can change it later.
You start on the free plan: 0% commission and 50 orders a month. If you want Lite or Pro from day one, each comes with a 7-day free trial.

In your dashboard, open Menu and choose Import from GloriaFood, then paste your Fetch Menu key. Menuthere brings across your categories, items, sizes and add-on groups, and shows you what didn't carry over exactly before anything is saved.
GloriaFood's menu data has no photos. Fill them in one go with Get all images, which finds a photo for each item, and swap in your own wherever you have them.
No key? Upload the PDF or screenshots of your menu instead. Menuthere reads the items, prices, categories and sizes; add-ons are then added item by item.
In Menuthere: Menu → Import from GloriaFood.
Switch on the order types you take: delivery, takeaway (pickup) and dine-in. Then set your opening hours for each day.
In Menuthere: Settings → Store profile for hours, and Settings → Ordering for order types.
Set how far you deliver and what delivery costs. GloriaFood's drawn zones become a delivery area here; Lite adds fees by distance and map-based addresses.

Add your tax rate (VAT or GST) so it shows on the bill.
In India, connect Razorpay, Cashfree, Easebuzz or OrangePG for online payments on Pro, then choose which order types can pay online. Elsewhere, customers pay on pickup or delivery until Stripe is live.

Install the Menuthere partner app on the phone or tablet you took GloriaFood orders on. It rings until someone accepts the order.
To print kitchen tickets and bills, print from the browser or install the desktop print app for an ESC/POS thermal printer, and switch on auto-print.

Point the ordering button on your website at your Menuthere link, in place of the GloriaFood widget code.
Replace the ordering link on your Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram, and push your menu to Google from the dashboard.
Print new QR codes for your tables and counter. Each table gets its own code, so dine-in orders arrive with the table number.

Order from your new link the way a customer would: a pickup, a delivery and a table QR order. Check the alert rings, the ticket prints and the order shows in your dashboard.
Share your new ordering link on your website, social pages and receipts, and with customers who agreed to hear from you.
Keep GloriaFood running until your new links are everywhere, then stop taking orders there. Don't leave it to 30 April 2027: old links will keep sending customers to GloriaFood until the day it closes.
Switch-over day
With your menu and settings ready, the switch itself is a list of links. Work down it on a quiet afternoon.
