Yes. Instagram food orders need a business or creator account, plus an account with one of Instagram's ordering partners in your country.
- Account type: business or creator, not personal.
- Partner: you choose from the list available in your country.
- Without a partner the Order food button does not appear.
- You can still add your own ordering link to your profile.

You can put your Menuthere ordering link in your Instagram profile and take orders at 0% commission with no partner needed.
