WhatsApp QR code stickers for your orders

The QR code holds a WhatsApp chat link: wa.me, then your number with the country code. When a customer scans it, WhatsApp opens a chat with you, and the first message is already typed in. They only press send.

Yes. Choose A link and paste any web address, such as your free WhatsApp order page or your menu. Customers then see your items first, and the order reaches your WhatsApp.

WhatsApp's brand rules ask others not to redraw or combine its logo with other marks, and not to make it the main feature. They also ask for written approval to use it on packaging. The sticker uses a plain chat bubble and your own words, so you can print it freely.

The round and square stickers are 7 cm across and the rectangle is 9 by 5 cm. The code is at least 3.8 cm wide on each, big enough for a phone camera at arm's length. Scan one printed sticker with your phone before you print a whole sheet.

Use the number you check most. Pick the country, then type the number without the country code. The tool joins them into the format WhatsApp expects. If the number changes later, make new stickers.

On your shop window, counter, delivery bags, cake boxes or flyers. Put one where customers wait, so they can scan and order while they stand there. Use sticker paper that suits the surface, and a clear laminate sheet for outdoor use.
