It was founded in Adelaide, Australia in 2014; its parent company, LOKE Group Limited, is a UK company. APAC terms: after that the agreement renews automatically for 12-month terms unless either side gives notice at least six months before the term ends. If the merchant ends it, the merchant pays fees up to the date termination takes effect, with transaction fees for the notice period at no less than the merchant's six-month monthly average. UK agreement: renews for 12-month terms unless three months' notice is given before the end of a term; after the initial term, either side can end it with three months' notice.
