WEIQ's general terms (v.02 2026) say that, unless the agreement states otherwise, the first term is 12 months, then it renews automatically for 3 months at a time, with 3 months' written notice needed to cancel. If a customer cancels after signing but before the start date, WEIQ can charge its costs plus 100% of the first 12 months' subscription fee.
