The 10 best online ordering systems for restaurants in Spain.
Restaurants in Spain take orders on their own websites, apps and tables through local and regional systems such as Square Online, Flipdish and Qamarero. Of the 9 systems compared here besides Menuthere, 7 say they take no commission on orders and 2 have a free plan; the rest charge a monthly fee or quote per restaurant.
Menuthere publishes this list and makes one of the systems on it (number 3). Every figure comes from the companies' own pages, dated and listed on each system's page. How we ranked them is at the foot of the page.

Contract
No locked-in contract; cancel or switch plans anytime (US pricing page and General Terms). Outside the US, paid Square Online plans are priced per month billed annually, with a different price if paid monthly, and plans can be switched at any time.
12-month initial term that renews automatically for 12 months unless cancelled in writing at least 3 months before the end; leaving early means paying the average of the last 6 months' fees for each month left in the term (Terms 5.1 and 5.4). The subscription can be billed monthly or annually.
Month to month; 7-day free trial on Lite and Pro
No minimum term ('sin permanencia'): cancel from the panel without penalty (pricing page). The terms (updated May 2026) bill in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically for the same period; clause 7.2 asks for 30 days' notice before the period ends to stop renewal, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid with no cash refund. Unused months of a prepaid annual plan become Qamarero credit valid for 12 months.
Monthly plan with no minimum term (cancel from the admin panel before the 5th to avoid the next month's charge). Yearly plan billed in full in advance, auto-renews, and is not refundable. No free trial unless agreed with sales (14 days when agreed).
Not published for the POS plans. Plans are priced per month per location, and the "Contratar" button opens a sales contact form. The Ágora Bookings page states no minimum term on either Bookings plan.
No compulsory subscription: the licence is the restaurant's to keep ("Sin cuotas, ni ataduras"). BUSINESS adds €11.90 a month per location. No minimum term is published.
The service period is agreed with the distributor and renews automatically for the same length. Ending it needs at least 30 days' written notice through the distributor before the next invoice, and takes effect at the end of the current period; downgrades also need 30 days' notice. Money already paid is not refunded. Some contracts start with a free trial of up to 30 days, and a seasonal business can pause the monthly fee for 3 to 6 months once a year (Revo SEASON).
POS Plus: 30-day free trial, then billed monthly on a 12-month contract; cancel before the trial ends or once the 12 months end (SumUp help centre, UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain).
No contract. Under the terms (last updated 8 July 2026), the agreement runs for one month at a time and renews automatically each month. Either side can end it with written notice at least one day before the month ends. Tebi can raise its fees from the first day of any month by giving 10 days' written notice.

Online payments go through Square at Square's rates; in the US the Free plan charges 3.3% + 30¢ per online card payment, against 2.9% + 30¢ on paid plans (Square pricing page).
QR table ordering, loyalty, email marketing and a custom domain need a paid plan: Square Plus at $49 a month per location in the US; in Australia QR ordering and pre-orders need Plus at A$36 a month, billed annually (Square pricing and plan pages).

One system for the POS, the restaurant's own online store for delivery and pickup (Last Shop), QR ordering with a shared cart and payment from the table, reservations (The Book), loyalty points and, from the Growth plan, stock control (Last.app product and pricing pages).
Delivery-app orders go straight into the POS: Glovo, Uber Eats and Just Eat in Spain; Rappi, Uber Eats and DiDi Food in Mexico. Virtual brands are unlimited on every plan (Last.app pricing and delivery integrator pages).

In Spain, Last Shop now also carries a fee of up to €40 per billing period per location (for shops activated since 5 September 2026, and for existing shops from 5 October 2026), which only falls to €0 once €1,000 of card payments pass through the Shop; QR Ordering has a similar fee of up to €25 that reaches €0 at about €1,670 processed (Last.app pricing update and QR page).

Ágora is a POS system (TPV) for bars, restaurants and shops, made since 2008 by IGT Microelectronics, a Madrid company founded in 1984, and sold through distributors across Spain. Ágora Payments, Ágora's own payment service, takes online payments on SmartMenu (delivery, takeaway, table ordering and Scan & Pay). Ágora says it accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Edenred, and can switch on Bizum, WeChat Pay or Alipay. The Scan & Pay page lists card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bizum. Ágora's manual lists Ágora Payments, Redsys and ClearOne as supported payment gateways. For delivery and takeaway, the restaurant can let customers pay when they order or on delivery or collection; for table orders, when they order or later.
Prices are published. Even the €34 a month Basic plan includes the SmartMenu digital menu, QR table ordering, Scan & Pay and the delivery and takeaway ordering site (pricing page, per location, VAT not included).
Orders from the restaurant's own channel carry no published commission or per-order fee, and they go straight into the till and the kitchen. Ágora pitches the channel as a way to avoid third-party commissions.
Delivery and takeaway settings are detailed. Customers choose a delivery or pickup time within the service hours the restaurant sets, and the restaurant can cap orders per 15-minute interval. Delivery zones are drawn on a map, each with its own minimum order, delivery fee and minimum notice, and customers can get email updates on their order (Ágora manual).
Aimed at Spain only. Ágora sells through a network of distributors across Spain, its contact forms list only Spanish provinces, and its website is only in Spanish.
Sign-up is not self-serve. "Contratar" opens a sales form, and Enterprise and Ultimate are quote only. Hardware is extra, and installation, training, backups and support outside Monday–Friday 9:00–18:00 are contracted separately from a distributor.
Card fees for Ágora Payments are not published (Interchange++ pricing). In-person card payments need Ágora's own approved card terminals or Tap to Pay on an Android phone; a bank's card terminals cannot be used with Ágora Payments.
Spanish bars and restaurants that want a POS they own outright, with a commission-free ordering website, order-and-pay from the table and delivery management added on
Glop is a POS system (TPV) for bars, restaurants and shops from GLOP POS, S.L.U. of Castalla, Alicante, Spain, which says it started in 1997. With its BUSINESS version, Glop builds the restaurant a commission-free ordering website on WordPress/WooCommerce that syncs with the till, and adds a digital menu where guests can order and pay from their phone (Pide y Paga). The licence is bought outright at a price Glop quotes, and BUSINESS, the only version listed with online ordering, adds €11.90 a month per location.

Glop says customers pay for web orders through its Glop Pay module, with Bizum, card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal. In person, Glop PAY takes payments on a Glop card terminal, on an Android phone with NFC (Smartphone TPV) or from a QR code printed on the ticket. Glop also integrates Dojo card terminals and lists Comercia Global Payments and Universal Pay as card gateways.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Delivery orders · Your own drivers · Scheduled orders · Online payments · POS · Loyalty · Marketing tools · Delivery-app integration · Multiple locations · Menu translation · Reservations
Glop charges no commission on orders from the restaurant's own ordering website. Glop builds the site on WordPress/WooCommerce, and it syncs products, prices, stock, customers and orders with the till. Orders go straight to the kitchen, and the site can serve several locations and several languages.
The licence is bought outright, so MINI and PRO have no compulsory monthly fee. BUSINESS is €11.90 a month per location and lists online ordering, the Carta Digital menu, Pide y Paga and Glop Pay as free modules on request.
Glop publishes its in-person card rates: 0.35% on domestic consumer debit cards, 0.50% on domestic consumer credit cards and a flat 0.45% for QR payments, with no minimums and no fixed fee per transaction. Guests paying on the ordering website can use Bizum, card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal.
Licence prices for MINI, PRO and BUSINESS are not published. Restaurants have to ask for a quote or demo, and Glop sells through a network of more than 250 distributors.
Online ordering, Carta Digital and Pide y Paga are listed only under BUSINESS (€11.90 a month per location on top of the licence), and Glop's FAQ says Carta Digital, Pide y Paga and Tienda Online cannot be added to PRO. An older Glop page still advertises online ordering with no monthly fee.
Glop's site is in Spanish only and describes its reach as Spain, with distributors in every province. The software is built around Spanish tax rules (Veri*Factu, sending sales to the AEAT).
Spanish bars and restaurants that want an iPad POS with its own QR, takeaway and delivery ordering, sold and supported by a local distributor
Cegid Revo is an iPad point-of-sale system for bars and restaurants from Manresa, Spain (Cegid Revo Xef). Its paid add-on Cegid Revo Solo is a web app for QR table ordering, takeaway and delivery, and those orders and payments go straight into the POS. It is sold, installed and supported by authorised distributors in Spain (plus one in Andorra), with a corporate team for chains; prices are not published, and the usual contract is a one-off setup fee plus a monthly fee that depends on the POS version, devices and add-ons.

In Cegid Revo Solo, customers pay by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and other main methods through Redsys, using the restaurant's own virtual card terminal. Cegid Revo Solo Xpress adds QR bill payment, split bills, tips and payment links. In the restaurant, the Cegid Revo Handy add-on runs on Android card terminals from PayTef, Comercia, BBVA SmartPay, Santander, DOJO, Ingenico and others.
One web app (Cegid Revo Solo) handles QR table orders, takeaway and delivery, and the orders and payments go straight into the Cegid Revo Xef POS. The restaurant can also pause new orders (Revo delivery page).
A wide set of connected tools, most of them paid add-ons: reservations (Cegid Revo Flow and Slot), a loyalty programme with SMS, email and push campaigns (Cegid Revo Intouch), kitchen screens and stock. It also connects to Glovo, Uber Eats, Deliverect, Otter, Stuart and other services (Revo product and integrations pages).
A large base in Spain: Revo says it has more than 4,500 customers and 10,000 active points of sale, and calls itself number one in Spain for tablet POS. It has been part of Cegid since September 2023 (Revo home page; Cegid press release).
No published prices. Restaurants buy through authorised distributors (39 in Spain and 1 in Andorra on its map) and pay a one-off setup fee plus monthly fees (Revo terms and distributor page).
Online ordering is not included in the POS. Cegid Revo Solo is a paid add-on that needs an active Cegid Revo Xef account and a Redsys virtual card terminal (Revo delivery and restaurant pages).
The main POS runs only as a native iPad (iOS) app with a web back office; Android phones and card terminals can be added only as extra order-taking devices through the paid Cegid Revo Handy app (Cegid Revo Xef and Handy pages).

SumUp Order & Pay (QR Order and Pay in SumUp's help centre) is the ordering tool in SumUp's POS Plus plan: guests scan a table QR code or open the restaurant's ordering link, browse the menu, pay on their phone, and the order goes to the SumUp kitchen display or a kitchen printer. It is for cafés, bars, takeaways and restaurants on SumUp POS in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland. It costs the POS Plus subscription (£39 a month excl. VAT in the UK, €49 on the other countries' pages, on a 12-month contract) plus SumUp's transaction fee on each order (2.5% in six of these countries), with no separate commission.

SumUp processes every Order & Pay payment itself: guests pay on their phone with Apple Pay, Google Pay and the other online payment methods SumUp supports (the help centre also lists PIX). Tipping (fixed amount or percentage) can be switched on. Refunds for orders rejected from the kitchen display can be enabled.
No separate commission: the restaurant pays the POS Plus subscription and SumUp's transaction fee on each order — 2.5% in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Switzerland, 1.95% in Spain and 1.69% on the Irish page (SumUp Order & Pay pages).
Orders go straight to the SumUp kitchen display (KDS) or a kitchen printer (the UK help article lists the printer with POS Pro); modifiers come from the POS and stock is synced from the POS and checked in real time (SumUp help centre).
Guests need no app and no account: they order from a table QR code, an online link or the restaurant's website, and can order ahead and choose a pick-up time slot; each store gets its own ordering URL (Order & Pay page, help centre).
Only available with POS Plus: £39 a month excl. VAT in the UK or €49 a month in euro countries, billed monthly on a 12-month contract after a 30-day free trial (SumUp help centre).
Built for dining in, ordering ahead and click and collect: the order types are eat-in and takeaway, and no delivery order type is described on the Order & Pay pages or in the help articles (SumUp help centre).
Order & Pay pages exist for only 8 countries (UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland), although SumUp operates in 38 markets (SumUp Order & Pay pages, Canada launch press release).

Guests order and pay for QR orders in the restaurant's digital menu, through Tebi Payments. Tebi works with Adyen: its terminals are Adyen terminals, and the terms say payouts are made via Adyen. The restaurant chooses whether an order reaches it only after the guest has paid, or straight away before payment. Tebi Payments accepts Maestro, VPay, Visa and Mastercard, plus Apple Pay and Google Wallet. American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB and UnionPay cost more and are switched off by default. The Dutch pricing page lists iDEAL for online payments. In person, Tebi works with Adyen terminals and with Tap to Pay on iOS and Android phones. A restaurant that wants to keep another payment provider can key payments manually into its existing terminal.

One subscription covers the POS, kitchen display, reservations, QR ordering, inventory, payments, AI insights and CRM. There are no per-module fees, and screens, printers and terminals can be added with no fee for each one (Tebi pricing and sign-up pages).
The subscription is 0 EUR in any month when revenue is 10,000 EUR or less (excl. VAT), and there is no contract. The agreement runs month to month, and back-office access and data stay available in months with no revenue (Tebi pricing FAQ and terms of service).
QR orders sync straight to the POS and prep stations. Guests can order, pay and tip from the digital menu, and the QR ordering can be shown in the guest's language (Tebi QR ordering page). Takeaway orders can come in by QR code or through a widget (Tebi help centre).
The subscription rises with revenue: 20 EUR a month for every started 10,000 EUR above the first 10,000 EUR, or 180 EUR a month at 100,000 EUR of revenue on Tebi's calculator. Some countries list extra fees: in Germany each step costs 25 EUR plus a 15 EUR a month TSE fee, Spain adds 10 EUR a month for Verifactu, and Italy adds 10 EUR a month for digital fiscal management (Tebi local pricing pages).
Online QR payments cost more than in-person payments: 0.08 EUR instead of 0.05 EUR per transaction, and 3.10% instead of 2.20% for American Express, plus card fees. Amex, Diners Club, Discover, JCB and UnionPay are switched off by default (Tebi pricing and payments pages).
Tebi's QR ordering page, pricing page and help-centre feature list cover table and takeaway orders, but none of them mentions delivery orders, delivery zones or delivery-app integrations. The integrations listed in the help centre (December 2025 archived copy) are Exact Online, Xero, Twinfield, Yuki, Moneybird, Odoo, Eitje and Einstein, mostly accounting and back-office tools.
Whether restaurants in Spain can sign up and use it today: a local site, local pricing, local customers or a sign-up open to any country.
What it costs a small restaurant: the monthly price, any commission or per-order fee, and contracts.
What it does for ordering: your own website, QR table ordering, delivery, pickup and payments.
Menuthere is on the list because it is a real option here, and we put it where its strengths — no commission and a free plan — fit; its limits (such as payments outside India) are stated in its entry.
Nobody paid to be on this list. Prices change: check each company's own page before you sign.
