Uber Eats charges restaurants in Spain 30% of the order when its couriers deliver (33% on orders from Uber One members), 15% when you deliver yourself (13% on Uber One orders) and 15% on pickup. Card processing is included, and 21% VAT is added to the fee.

Card processing
Included in the commission. Uber Eats lists payment processing in every plan, with no separate card fee.
VAT on the commission
Yes. Uber Eats' Spanish terms say its fees exclude VAT (IVA) and the restaurant pays the VAT on top, at Spain's standard rate of 21%. A VAT-registered business can usually deduct it.
Activation fee
Uber's Spanish terms provide for an activation fee for setting you up in the app. The pricing page doesn't list an amount.
Lost or damaged tablet
€200 if a device Uber lends you is lost, stolen, returned late or damaged.

Uber Eats works out its percentage on the item price including VAT, so the commission is taken from the VAT-inclusive amount.
The Uber One rates are new: Uber's Spanish pricing page in April and July 2026 listed only 30%, 15% and 15%.
