Just Eat charges restaurants in Spain 15% of the order plus €0.30 when you deliver with your own riders. It doesn't publish a rate for orders its couriers deliver; that's set in each restaurant's agreement. Its sign-up page also lists a €299 joining fee and a €100 refundable deposit for the order device.

Joining fee
Just Eat's Spanish sign-up page contradicts itself: one section says there are no sign-up costs, while its FAQ says joining costs €299 plus a €100 deposit for the order device, refunded if you leave. Check your agreement.

Just Eat invoices every 15 days and pays within 7 days of each fortnight: between the 1st and 8th and the 15th and 22nd of the month.

Just Eat's Spanish sign-up page doesn't say whether VAT is added to the commission.
Prosus completed its takeover of Just Eat Takeaway.com in October 2025. The announcement said nothing about restaurant terms.
