Glovo doesn't publish its commission in Spain; each restaurant's rate is set in its contract. Public reports put it at roughly 25% to 35% of the order when Glovo's riders deliver, most often 30%, and about 15% when you deliver yourself or the customer collects, so treat these figures as approximate.

Figures are estimates from the numbers you enter. Glovo agreements differ by plan, location and volume, and platforms change their fees, so your Glovo payout statement is the source of truth. Worth knowing
Spanish restaurant-software guides say Glovo works out its commission on the order subtotal excluding VAT and invoices it with VAT added, which a VAT-registered restaurant can deduct.
Uber agreed in July 2026 to buy Delivery Hero, Glovo's parent company. Under the deal, Glovo's business in Spain would go to the investment firm SSW Partners rather than to Uber; closing is expected in the second half of 2027.
