The 10 best online ordering systems for restaurants in Sweden.
Restaurants in Sweden take orders on their own websites, apps and tables through local and regional systems such as Caspeco, Karma and WEIQ. Of the 9 systems compared here besides Menuthere, 2 say they take no commission on orders and 3 have a free plan; the rest charge a monthly fee or quote per restaurant.
Menuthere publishes this list and makes one of the systems on it (number 4). Every figure comes from the companies' own pages, dated and listed on each system's page. How we ranked them is at the foot of the page.

Online ordering systems for restaurants in Sweden, compared
Rate not published. Karma's merchant terms (updated April 2022) say its service fee is a percentage of the order value, or a percentage plus a fixed fee per completed order, depending on the service, and that it is deducted from payouts. Its help centre says payout reports include "Karma commission" rows.

Not published today. In 2021 Qopla's Online page charged per order: 0.3% plus the payment provider (PSP) fee for pickup orders, 1% plus the fee for in-house delivery orders and 3% plus the fee for catering orders (archived copy, July 2021). Qopla's guest ordering app can also show a 'Service fee for Qopla online order service' line at checkout; the amount is not published.
Not published. Ancon Connect is an add-on with no published price, and no per-order commission is stated.
Not published. Yabie's product pages say online ordering comes with no extra cost for the restaurant or its guests, but no fee schedule for Yabie Online is published.
Gastrogate charges its own per-transaction service fee on self-service (QR and app) orders. Its profitability calculator calls 1.75% the standard Gastrogate fee, covering card fees and platform costs. The October 2025 price list (archived) charged 6%, 0.9% or 0.6% per QR or online transaction depending on the plan, and 0.3% or 0.2% on self-service kiosk sales on the Pro and Enterprise POS plans.
Rate not published. Speedoy's partner terms say the restaurant pays the commission or other fees set in its main agreement for every order placed through the platform, and Speedoy may deduct fees and commissions from payouts. Its FAQ says it does not charge high commissions like third-party platforms.

Contract
Not published. Trivec by Caspeco's French site advertises "flexible contracts" and no hidden fees, but gives no terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, or annually. Downgrades need 30 days' notice. The POS agreement runs for at least 36 months.
Stated two ways. The pricing page promises no long contracts or lock-in periods. WEIQ's general terms (v.02 2026) say that, unless the agreement states otherwise, the first term is 12 months, then it renews automatically for 3 months at a time, with 3 months' written notice needed to cancel. If a customer cancels after signing but before the start date, WEIQ can charge its costs plus 100% of the first 12 months' subscription fee.
Month to month; 7-day free trial on Lite and Pro
—
12-month licence that renews automatically for 12 months at a time. To cancel, give written notice at least 3 months before the period ends. Ancon may raise the fee each 1 January in line with the consumer price index, and may make other price changes with 30 days' notice; a customer who objects in writing within 14 days can end the licence one month later (general terms, version 2025:02).
Sweden: the contract length is set in the quote. It renews automatically unless cancelled one month before the end, and then runs until cancelled with one month's notice. Fees are invoiced three months in advance and are not refunded. Norway: the price page says Yabie Express has no binding period.
Set for each customer: longer commitments get lower monthly prices, and rolling one-month contracts are offered. Notice must be given at least one month before the term ends, the contract always ends at a month end, and the whole following month is charged on cancellation. Invoices are sent monthly in advance and paid by bankgiro within 10 days (terms and FAQ).
The agreement runs until further notice from signing. Either side can end it with one month's notice, and the restaurant must keep using the platform during that month. Equipment supplied by Speedoy must be returned within 10 days of the end, or Speedoy can charge SEK 2,000. Fees already paid are not refunded.
Billed yearly or monthly. Monthly billing is only for cloud hosting (Odoo Online or Odoo.sh), and yearly billing is cheaper.

Where Menuthere fits in Sweden
Your own ordering page, without paying commission.
0% commission on every plan: your customers' orders are yours in full.
Free to start, with 50 orders a month. Lite is $9 a month for unlimited orders and your own domain.
Your own ordering website, QR menus and table ordering, with a partner app that rings until you accept each order.
Pro adds WhatsApp order updates on your own number, loyalty points and your own delivery riders.
Online card payments aren't available in Sweden yet: customers pay cash, on delivery or at pickup, and card payments are planned.
Nordic, French and Belgian restaurants and chains that want POS, online ordering, table booking and staff scheduling from one supplier
Caspeco is a Swedish restaurant system that combines a POS (Caspeco POS or Trivec POS), Online Order (web ordering, a branded app and QR table ordering), table booking, staff scheduling and payroll, and analytics. It is sold to restaurants, bars, cafés, hotels and chains in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, France and Belgium. Prices are quoted per business: Caspeco publishes no price list, and card payments need an acquiring agreement with a partner acquirer.

Online payments
With Online Order, guests order and pay online, but Caspeco does not say which gateway processes those payments. Its integrations page lists Elavon and Swedbank Pay under acquiring agreements and Verifone and Westpay under hardware, with Softpay among its other partners. Booking prepayments can be taken by card or Swish.
Web orders, a branded app, QR table orders, self-order kiosks, and handheld and fixed tills all feed the same POS. Menus and prices are managed in one place, including different menus and prices for each unit of a chain.
Orders from Foodora, Uber Eats and Wolt go straight into the POS through Deliverect, and online menus sync from the Caspeco POS. That means no separate tablets or printers and no retyping orders.
Table booking is built in, with card or Swish prepayment and SMS reminders. Bookings feed staff scheduling, and Booking is billed as a fixed monthly fee with no charge per booked guest.
No published prices. Every solution is quoted, and Caspeco says it has no standard price list.
No self-serve sign-up or published free trial. Restaurants fill in a contact form or book a demo.
Online Order is presented as part of Caspeco's POS ("seamlessly integrated with Caspeco's POS system"). The site does not offer it as a standalone ordering website.
Swedish restaurants and cafés that want POS, QR table ordering, takeaway ordering and loyalty in one system and can sign a 36-month POS agreement
Karma is a Swedish restaurant platform that combines a cloud POS with QR table ordering, online takeaway ordering, a kitchen display, loyalty, marketing and Karma Save, its app for selling surplus food. It is sold to restaurants, cafés and chains in Sweden. The Free plan includes takeaway and online ordering. Paid plans cost 995 kr to 2 995 kr a month per location (excluding VAT), and card terminals and payment processing are charged separately.

Karma's merchant terms (updated April 2022) say its service fee is a percentage of the order value, or a percentage plus a fixed fee per completed order, depending on the service, and that it is deducted from payouts. Its help centre says payout reports include "Karma commission" rows.
Online payments
Karma collects the guest's payment and pays the restaurant out, minus fees. QR and online ordering accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Swish and cards. Adyen processes card payments in the POS, on terminals and in Karma Serve ordering, and restaurants set up an Adyen payout account. Stripe processes Karma Save surplus sales.
The Free plan (0 kr per location) includes takeaway and online ordering, a kitchen display, inventory and surplus sales through Karma Save. No card is needed to sign up.
Prices are published per location. Essential (995 kr a month, or 829 kr billed annually) adds the POS and QR table ordering. Guests pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Swish or card before the order goes to the kitchen.
Orders from Wolt, Foodora and Uber Eats arrive in the same POS and kitchen queue, and bookkeeping goes straight to Fortnox. Karma's QR ordering and loyalty can also run on top of an existing Trivec POS.
The POS agreement runs for at least 36 months.
Karma does not publish the rates for payment processing or its own service fee. Its merchant terms describe a percentage-based fee that is deducted from payouts.
QR table ordering starts on Essential (995 kr a month) and scheduled orders on Connected (1 995 kr a month). SMS, extra kitchen screens, extra users and AI usage are billed on top, and Karma calls its prices indicative.
Swedish restaurants, cafés and seasonal venues that want a certified POS with QR table ordering and prepaid take-away orders in one system
WEIQ is a Swedish cloud POS (a certified cash register) with QR table ordering and take-away ordering from the restaurant's own website; guests order and pay in the phone browser with no app or account. It sells to restaurants, cafés, food trucks and seasonal venues in Sweden and Spain. Plans run from a free phone till (0 SEK) to WEIQ Pro from 750 SEK (75 €) a month, which includes QR and online ordering, and every payment carries a percentage transaction fee that covers card and Swish costs, with no separate order commission.

Payments run through Adyen, and WEIQ's terms require customers to use it. Guests pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Swish, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and can add a tip. Take-away orders are always prepaid. Payouts come two days a week on Free and Easy (daily payouts are an Easy add-on) and daily on Pro.
Includes: Own ordering website · QR table ordering · Pickup · Online payments · POS · Marketing tools
There is a free plan: WEIQ Free costs 0 SEK a month and turns an NFC phone into a certified cash register (Tap2Pay) with no hardware. You pay only a transaction fee on each payment.
QR table ordering and take-away ordering from the restaurant's own website run in the same certified POS. Guests order and pay in the browser with no app or account, orders print in the kitchen or bar, and guests get a push notification when food is ready. If a restaurant has no website, it can share a WEIQ link.
WEIQ says over 500 restaurants use it daily and it has processed about SEK 2 billion in payments. It connects to Swedish accounting and staff systems: Fortnox, Spiris, Björn Lundén, Personalkollen, Caspeco and Timetjek.
QR and online ordering are not part of the free plan. They come as a paid add-on to Easy (price not published) or are included in Pro from 750 SEK (75 €) a month.
Transaction fees are only partly published: 0.8% on Easy is given as an example and the take-away page says 1–2%. The rates for Free and Pro are not stated.
The contract terms conflict. The pricing page says there is no lock-in, but the general terms set a 12-month first term, automatic 3-month renewals, 3 months' notice and billing three months in advance.

Swedish quick-service restaurants and chains that want POS, web and QR ordering, kiosks and delivery-app orders in one system
Qopla is a Swedish cloud POS for restaurants. The same system runs online ordering on the restaurant's own website, QR table ordering, self-order kiosks (Expresskassa), a kitchen display and one tablet for Foodora, Uber Eats and Wolt orders. It sells to Swedish restaurants of every size, from food trucks and lunch restaurants to fast-food chains, says more than 1,300 restaurants use it, and publishes no prices: restaurants contact Qopla or book a free demo to get a quote.

Qopla's guest ordering app can also show a 'Service fee for Qopla online order service' line at checkout; the amount is not published.
Online payments
The web checkout takes Swish, all major cards through Nets or Elavon, and Klarna Checkout for 'pay later' or instalments. The restaurant switches on the methods it wants. Guests pay for QR table orders on their phone by Swish, card or other digital methods. Qopla's ordering terms say payment is in Swedish kronor.

Website orders, QR table orders, express kiosk orders and Foodora, Uber Eats and Wolt orders all land in the same POS and kitchen screen. A menu change made once in the admin panel is pushed to the website, kiosks and QR menus, and to the delivery apps for restaurants that use Delivery Integration.
Guests can order pickup or delivery for a later time. The order reaches the kitchen screen only when cooking should start, and a 'Pause online' button stops new web orders during a rush.
Loyalty is built in: the Club feature gives returning customers points automatically, with no extra app. A campaign tool sends offers to guests.
No published prices. Every product is sold through a contact form or a demo, and the fixed monthly fee for Delivery Integration is not given.
Sweden only, as far as its site shows. The site, support phone number and contact form (which asks for an organisation number) are Swedish, and the ordering terms say payment is in Swedish kronor.
No self-serve sign-up. Restaurants start by contacting Qopla, which then delivers and installs the system and trains the staff.
Restaurants and chains in Sweden and Norway that want a cloud POS with web, app and QR-table ordering and pay-at-table in one system
Ancon is a Swedish cloud POS for restaurants, bars, cafés, franchises and hotels. It is app-based, and Tap to Pay turns a phone into a till and card terminal. Its Ancon Connect add-on takes online orders for pickup and delivery through the web and apps, takes QR orders at the table and lets guests pay at the table with PAY N' GO, and all of these orders land in the same POS. The entry plan, Ancon Easy, costs 525 kr a month plus VAT for one POS or Express licence. Ancon Pro and the Connect add-on are priced on request, and licences run for 12 months at a time.

Adyen is Ancon's main card-payment provider for terminals, online and Tap to Pay. Its integrations also list Swish, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Mastercard Click to Pay. With PAY N' GO, guests pay at the table by card, Swish, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Web and app orders for pickup or delivery, QR table orders and PAY N' GO pay-at-table all sync with the POS in real time. Menu changes update the till, online ordering, kiosks and delivery apps together.
Ancon builds branded ordering websites and apps. It publishes restaurant apps under Ancon AB on the App Store (for example Holy Greens, Cyrano and Harabas Falafel). Ancon also runs its own Ancon Order app and anconorder.com, where diners search for Ancon restaurants and order from them. Ancon says Connect lets a restaurant reach over 150,000 food lovers online.
The entry price is published: Ancon Easy costs 525 kr a month plus VAT for one POS or self-order (Express) licence.
Online and QR ordering (Ancon Connect) is a paid add-on with no published price. Ancon Pro is quote only.
Licences run for 12 months and renew automatically. Cancelling takes written notice at least 3 months before the period ends, and Ancon may raise prices every January in line with the consumer price index.
On Ancon Easy, support is listed as weekdays 8 to 17 and Analytics is limited to a product report; the pricing page lists 24/7 support only for Ancon Pro. (Ancon's general terms give every Ancon Cloud licence round-the-clock help for acute outages.)
Restaurants and cafés in Sweden and Norway that want an iPad POS with pickup and QR table ordering built in
Yabie is a Swedish cloud POS for iPad and smartphone with online ordering built in: its Yabie Online service gives a restaurant an ordering page for pickup and QR table ordering, with orders going straight to the till and the kitchen. It sells directly to restaurants, cafés and shops in Sweden and Norway. In Sweden it charges a monthly fee from 599 kr (Yabie Go) or 899 kr (Yabie Express) on a quoted contract; in Norway, Yabie Express has no monthly fee, takes 1.49% per card payment and has a one-time hardware cost of 7,999 kr.

Not published. Yabie's product pages say online ordering comes with no extra cost for the restaurant or its guests, but no fee schedule for Yabie Online is published.
Online payments
Guests using Yabie Online pay by card, Swish or Apple Pay. Yabie's terms say these online payments are handled by a Yabie partner under a separate agreement with the restaurant. In-store card acquiring in Sweden runs through Swedbank Pay or Adyen; in Norway Yabie sells Yabie Pay card terminals. Terminals take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Swish and Klarna In-store, and Yabie says payouts arrive within two business days.
Online and QR table orders arrive in the Yabie POS. Staff accept an order with a preparation time, and it then goes to the kitchen. Guests get SMS and email updates, and rejected or cancelled orders are refunded automatically.
Prices are published: in Sweden, Yabie Go from 599 kr a month and Yabie Express from 899 kr a month. In Norway, Yabie Express has no monthly fee and no binding period, with a 1.49% transaction fee and a one-time hardware cost of 7,999 kr.
A loyalty programme is built in, with points, bonuses and member messages by SMS, iOS push or email. Uber Eats orders can also be imported into the POS (in beta).
Yabie sells direct only in Sweden and Norway, and its Swedish terms grant use of the products within Sweden. There is no self-serve sign-up: restaurants ask for a quote or book a demo.
Swedish contracts renew automatically unless cancelled a month before they end. Fees are invoiced three months in advance and are not refunded if the restaurant leaves.
Yabie Online's own price and the fees for online card payments are not published, and those payments need a separate agreement with a Yabie payment partner.
Swedish restaurants and chains that want a POS, QR and online ordering, a branded app and card terminals from one local supplier
Gastrogate is a Swedish company whose LOCO platform combines an iPad POS (a manufacturer-declared cash register), QR table ordering, takeaway and delivery ordering from the restaurant's own website and branded app, self-service kiosks, kitchen screens, table booking and its own card terminals (Gastrogate Pay). It sells to restaurants, cafés, bars and chains in Sweden. Prices are not published: restaurants get a quote for a monthly package, plus a per-transaction fee on self-service orders that its own profitability calculator puts at 1.75% as standard.
Price

Gastrogate charges its own per-transaction service fee on self-service (QR and app) orders. Its profitability calculator calls 1.75% the standard Gastrogate fee, covering card fees and platform costs. The October 2025 price list (archived) charged 6%, 0.9% or 0.6% per QR or online transaction depending on the plan, and 0.3% or 0.2% on self-service kiosk sales on the Pro and Enterprise POS plans.
Online payments
QR, web and app orders are paid by card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe: the restaurant registers a Stripe account, which Gastrogate requires before it activates online sales, while payment prices and terms are set through Gastrogate. Swish can be added with a Swish Handel number from the restaurant's bank, with Gastrogate AB as technical provider. Gastrogate Pay, launched in 2025, adds its own card terminals (Stripe WisePOS E and Stripe Reader S701 are offered at sign-up) and lists Swish, cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Klarna and Billie. The help centre also covers connecting Nets terminals (Connect@Cloud).
One supplier for a manufacturer-declared Swedish cash register (POS), QR table ordering, takeaway and delivery ordering on the restaurant's own website, a branded app published on the App Store and Google Play, self-service kiosks, kitchen screens and table booking.
Foodora, Wolt and Uber Eats orders go straight into the POS. For Foodora, the menu is managed in Loco and synced to Foodora, and orders show on the LocoPOS kitchen screen. Fortnox (accounting) and Personalkollen (staff scheduling) integrations are listed in the GO package, which Starter includes.
Restaurants on the system are listed automatically in the LOCO consumer app, which Gastrogate says has over 10,000 active users.
No published prices. Packages are quoted after you contact sales, and on top of the monthly fee Gastrogate charges a per-transaction fee on self-service orders (1.75% standard in its own calculator; 0.6–6% plus per-SMS fees in the October 2025 list).
Only iPads are supported for tills and kitchen screens, plus a Star mC-Print3 printer. Hardware is an extra cost unless the Starter package includes it.
Sweden only. The site, support and cash-register declaration (Skatteverket) are Swedish, and the sign-up form requires a 10-digit organisation number.
Swedish pizzerias and takeaway restaurants that want a branded ordering website and app set up for them
Speedoy (sold in English as Quick Order) is a white-label ordering platform from Speedoy AB in Västerås, launched with Swedish restaurants in 2021. Each restaurant gets its own branded ordering website and iOS and Android apps for delivery, takeaway and scheduled orders, aimed at pizzerias, sushi, burger, salad and other fast-food places. Prices are not published: restaurants book a demo, and Speedoy's partner terms say the restaurant pays licence fees plus a commission or other fees on each order, set in its own agreement.

Speedoy lists card, cash and online payment. Its FAQ names online payment, cash on delivery and payment by card terminal. Both Speedoy storefronts checked are tagged with Swish, and a 2023 App Store review of a Speedoy-built app mentions choosing Swish at checkout. Speedoy's purchase terms say customers pay Speedoy through the platform's payment solution. The card gateway is not named.

Each restaurant gets its own branded ordering website plus iOS and Android apps; both storefronts checked run on the restaurant's own domain (app.55an.se, app.selinsvansbro.se). Apple's App Store lists 93 apps for restaurants and food shops published by Speedoy AB between September 2021 and September 2026.
Delivery zones and fees, takeaway, scheduled orders, discount codes (fixed amount or percentage), push notifications and sales reports are built in. Several restaurants can be run from one account.
Speedoy sets everything up for the restaurant and says it takes days, not months. Its FAQ says there are no limits on products or order volume.
No published prices. Restaurants must request a demo, and the per-order commission is set in each restaurant's own agreement.
The partner terms say everyone who orders through the platform is Speedoy's customer, and the restaurant may not use their personal data to market its own business. The home page, by contrast, says the restaurant owns the customer relationship.
Sweden only: the partner terms require a Swedish registered company with F-tax, VAT registration and a Swedish business bank account.
Restaurants that want QR ordering, kiosks and kitchen screens in a POS linked to full accounting and inventory, and can manage a more involved setup
Odoo is a Belgian suite of open-source business apps. Its POS Restaurant app runs table service, kitchen displays, QR and kiosk self-ordering, and takeaway and delivery orders, and its eCommerce app adds an online ordering website. It suits restaurants that want the till connected to Odoo's accounting, inventory and marketing apps. One app, such as POS Restaurant, is free for unlimited users. Using two or more apps costs a fee per user per month (Standard is US$31.10 billed yearly), and the pricing page lists no per-order commission.

Online payments
Online payments go through a payment provider the restaurant connects. Options include Adyen, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Mercado Pago, Mollie, Xendit, Flutterwave, Paymob and PayU. Pay-on-site and cash on delivery are also available. In-store card terminals include Adyen, Stripe, Viva.com, Worldline, SIX, Ingenico, Mercado Pago, Razorpay, Pine Labs, Tyro, QFPay, Mollie and DPO Pay. QR self-orders can take one online payment method. At a kiosk, card terminals must be Adyen or Stripe, guests can also pay online by scanning a QR code, and cash is not accepted.
POS Restaurant is free with unlimited users on the One App Free plan, and the pricing page lists no per-order commission (Odoo pricing page; Odoo POS Restaurant page).
QR table ordering and self-order kiosks are built into the POS. Guests order and pay from their phone or a kiosk, and orders go straight to the kitchen preparation display (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).
Dine-in, takeaway, eCommerce website orders and delivery-app orders are handled in one place. Delivery can be limited to a set radius, and orders can be booked into time slots (Odoo POS Restaurant features page; Odoo documentation, Presets).
Website orders for delivery or pickup run through Odoo's eCommerce app, which is separate from POS. Installing a second app moves the restaurant off the free plan onto Standard, at US$31.10 per user a month billed yearly (US$24.90 in the first year) (Odoo pricing page; Odoo POS Restaurant features page).
Delivery-app orders come in through UrbanPiper. This needs a separate UrbanPiper subscription, an Odoo Enterprise subscription and a reseller account with each delivery platform (Odoo 19.0 documentation, UrbanPiper).
Customers can only place QR or kiosk orders while the POS register is open (Odoo 19.0 documentation, Self-ordering).
Whether restaurants in Sweden can sign up and use it today: a local site, local pricing, local customers or a sign-up open to any country.
What it costs a small restaurant: the monthly price, any commission or per-order fee, and contracts.
What it does for ordering: your own website, QR table ordering, delivery, pickup and payments.
Menuthere is on the list because it is a real option here, and we put it where its strengths — no commission and a free plan — fit; its limits (such as payments outside India) are stated in its entry.
Nobody paid to be on this list. Prices change: check each company's own page before you sign.
