DiDi Food doesn't publish its commission in Mexico; it gives you the rate during sign-up. Public reports put it at roughly 15% to 30% of the order: about 30% when DiDi's couriers deliver and about 18% when you deliver yourself. These figures are approximate, and 16% IVA is added to the commission.

IVA on the commission
Yes. DiDi quotes its DiDi Tu Negocio rate as a commission plus IVA, and PoloTab and Parrot Software both add 16% IVA to its app commission too. A 30% commission then costs 34.8%.

Worth knowing
DiDi publishes one rate in Mexico: 8.5% plus IVA for DiDi Tu Negocio, which sends its couriers to deliver orders you take by WhatsApp or phone. It isn't the rate on DiDi Food app orders.
Parrot Software says DiDi Food has the lowest commissions of Mexico's three big apps, ahead of Rappi (20–35%) and Uber Eats (25–35%).
