Rappi doesn't publish its commission in Mexico; it tells you the rate while you sign up. Public reports put it at roughly 18% to 35% of the order, typically about 25% when Rappi's couriers deliver, so treat these figures as approximate. Rappi says IVA is added to the commission.

The rates
Your own agreement with Rappi sets your rate. These approximate ranges come from public sources, listed at the foot of the page.

Yes. Rappi's Mexican partner pages say its commission is a percentage plus IVA, which is 16%, so a 25% commission really costs 29%.

Optional. Rappi Ads and promotions you co-fund are charged on top; PoloTab says co-funded discounts come out of your payout.

Figures are estimates from the numbers you enter. Rappi agreements differ by plan, location and volume, and platforms change their fees, so your Rappi payout statement is the source of truth. When a customer cancels an order, Rappi says it usually pays you 35% of the order's value and charges no commission on it.
Of Mexico's three big apps, only Uber Eats publishes its rates: 25% to 29% on its three plans.
