Worth knowing
No commission cap. Singapore doesn't cap delivery commission. In April 2026 the Ministry of Trade and Industry said the competition authority had seen no systematic shift in commissions or fees since Deliveroo left in March 2026.
foodpanda says the rate depends on your location and cuisine. eats365 adds brand strength, outlet count and basket size.
Deliveroo stopped operating in Singapore in March 2026, leaving foodpanda and GrabFood as the two big apps.
Uber agreed in July 2026 to buy Delivery Hero, foodpanda's parent company, including foodpanda Singapore. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2027.
