Just Eat doesn't publish its commission in Italy; its sign-up page says only that it takes a percentage of each order, with no joining fee or fixed cost. Public reports put it at roughly 14% to 18% when you deliver with your own riders and 25% to 30% when Just Eat's couriers deliver, so treat these figures as approximate.

Worth knowing
MenuSubito, an Italian ordering-software firm, says 22% VAT is added to Just Eat's commission. Just Eat's sign-up page doesn't mention VAT.
Prosus completed its takeover of Just Eat Takeaway.com in October 2025. The announcement said nothing about restaurant terms.
