Keeta doesn't publish its commission in Hong Kong; each restaurant's rate is set in its contract. Sing Tao Daily reported in September 2026 that Keeta takes 27% to 30% of the order on delivery and about 28% to 30% on pickup, after new contracts from August 2026 raised pickup from about 7%. Restaurants that list only on Keeta get a lower rate.

The rates

Card processing
Keeta doesn't publish whether card processing is inside its commission. A restaurant owner's post reported by unwire.hk in March 2025 listed card fees among the costs on top.
Monthly service fee
About HK$150 a month, according to restaurants quoted by Sing Tao Daily in September 2026 and unwire.hk in March 2025.
Ads and vouchers
Ads are charged per click (about HK$6 a click in one March 2025 report), and restaurants fund discount vouchers. Restaurants told East Week that sitting promotions out hurts their orders.
Free-delivery campaign
Restaurants in Keeta's free-delivery campaign paid a HK$10 service fee on each order, according to a restaurant's post reported by unwire.hk in March 2025.

Worth knowing
Competition Commission. Keeta's commitment, in force from 17 June 2026 to 28 December 2026, lets restaurants switch from exclusive to non-exclusive terms without penalty, keep an exclusive discount while also using new or small platforms, and charge less on their own channels and on other apps. There is no cap on commission.
Keeta's new contracts from mid-August 2026 raise pickup from about 7% to about 30%. Keeta told Sing Tao Daily it has never required restaurants to take pickup as well as delivery.
After Deliveroo announced its exit in March 2025, restaurants reported rate rises: one told HKFP its delivery rate would go from 25% to 28% unless it signed an exclusive contract, and others told unwire.hk they had been notified of rates of 30% to 35%.
Deliveroo left Hong Kong on 7 April 2025, selling some of its assets to foodpanda, which leaves Keeta and foodpanda as the two big apps. Keeta, which Meituan launched in May 2023, had 44% of orders by March 2024, ahead of foodpanda (35%) and Deliveroo (21%), according to Measurable AI data reported by HKFP.
Hong Kong has no VAT or sales tax, so nothing is added to the commission.
