Worth knowing
Exclusivity. Ministerial Decision 32 of 2026 limits exclusive deals between delivery apps and restaurants to 12 months and to 10% of an app's restaurants, and a commission discount for exclusivity has to be backed by evidence. It sets no cap on commission.
Dubai. Guidelines issued in September 2025 let restaurants list on several apps without penalty, and require 30 days' notice of changes and monthly statements that break down food, delivery, VAT and commission.
noon's partner page says most platforms take 30%, against its 25%.
noon's riders deliver the orders; it publishes no rate for restaurants that deliver themselves.
The UAE charges 5% VAT on services, and noon asks for your VAT registration (TRN) when you sign up. It doesn't publish how VAT appears on its commission invoices.
New restaurants that joined by 30 April 2026 paid 0% commission under noon's Local Supports Local offer, with the 2% gateway fee still charged. The offer has ended.
