Thuisbezorgd.nl doesn't publish its commission in the Netherlands. It raised its commission for restaurants that deliver their own orders from 13% to 14% of the order in July 2022, and said in February 2025 that it hadn't raised it since. Dutch press reported 30% when its own couriers deliver.

Worth knowing
Same-price guarantee. Thuisbezorgd.nl's terms say your prices, discounts, delivery fees and minimum orders on the platform must match those on your own online channels; if they don't, it can charge you the difference. It said in 2025 that you may still charge different prices in your restaurant or for collection.
Thuisbezorgd.nl belongs to Just Eat Takeaway.com, which Prosus took over in October 2025. The announcement said nothing about restaurant terms.
