Uber Eats charges restaurants in Chile 25% of the order on its Lite plan, 27% on Plus and 29% on Premium when its couriers deliver, and 20% on pickup. Card processing is included, and reaching Uber One members adds 1 to 3 points.

Worth knowing
Price parity ban (FNE). Under settlements with the FNE, Chile's competition prosecutor, approved by the competition tribunal in December 2023, Uber Eats, PedidosYa and Rappi may not stop restaurants from charging lower prices on other apps or on their own channels, and must tell them they can set prices freely. The commitments last at least three years. They set no cap on commission.
The Premium refund applies only if you cancel no more than 3 orders a month and stay open on Uber Eats for at least 95% of your listed hours.
Uber's Chilean pricing page lists no rate for restaurants that deliver with their own couriers.
