Can I use my own delivery riders and a courier app at the same time?
Updated 3 October 2026
Yes. Send nearby orders with your own riders and farther ones with a courier you book, such as Porter or Rapido in India.
- Porter and Rapido connect from your own account with your mobile number and an OTP.
- You pay Porter or Rapido directly, not through a delivery app.
- Porter lists its two-wheeler as up to 20 kg, starting from Rs 48. Road tax and parking are extra.
- Limit payment options by distance, for example no cash on courier orders.
Mix your riders and couriers by distance
Set Menuthere to use your own riders for nearby orders and a courier for farther ones, and limit payment options for each distance.
