Can I register a VoIP or toll-free number on WhatsApp Business?

No. The WhatsApp Business app only registers a mobile or landline number that you own. VoIP, toll-free, paid premium, universal access and personal numbers are not supported.
- Use a SIM or a landline that belongs to your restaurant, and keep it active to receive the code.
- For a landline, tap Call me to get the verification code by phone.
- Landline extension numbers cannot be used.
- One WhatsApp Business account is verified with one registered phone number.
