Does WhatsApp review my catalog items before customers see them?

Yes. Every image you upload is reviewed, and an item shows to customers only after WhatsApp approves it.

• A rejected item shows a red exclamation icon in the catalog.
• Tap Request another review if you think the rejection was a mistake.
• A collection is reviewed too. WhatsApp says this should take no more than 24 hours.
• Until an item is approved, customers cannot see it, so add new dishes before you need them.
