Why was my WhatsApp message template paused?

Low quality ratings pause a template. A template that reaches the lowest quality rating is paused: 3 hours the first time, 6 hours the second, and disabled the third time.

• Meta links pauses to negative customer feedback or low read rates.
• You are told in WhatsApp Manager, by email and by webhook.
• Sends to a paused template are rejected and you are not charged for them.
• It unpauses itself when the time ends, or you can unpause it yourself.
• Send useful messages only to customers who want them, to protect the rating.
